Update from the HSHF President

The Historic Stanley Home Foundation Capital Campaign has reached a significant milestone. Our total contributions and pledge commitments have now exceeded the $500,000 level - within the first 90 days of our capital campaign! This type of generosity and concern for historic preservation in Estes Park is what will be needed to meet our $1.95M campaign goal later this year.

This is a comprehensive capital campaign that will need individuals, commercial enterprises, and grantmaking Foundations to join our team in order to ensure our success. At this level of giving, we are now submitting the first of many grant requests to Foundations. We are also now disclosing our campaign progress, not only to be open with our donors, but also so you may feel part of the progress as it occurs. We now have over 200 committed donors, and we urge you to join them in playing a role in the fulfillment of a grassroots community pride project.

Purchase Duck Race Tickets

The Rotary Duck race is fast-approaching. This is a wonderful community event that benefits dozens of local non-profits, including the Historic Stanley Home Foundation. Visit our Duck Race page to find out how you can purchase Duck Race tickets to support our mission.

Stay Informed

Please continue to visit our website at www.stanleyhome.org for periodic updates on our progress. You’ll also find interesting information about F.O. and Flora Stanley and their 1904 home at Rockside. We will also submit regular articles in the local newspapers on various subjects related to our mission. For example, read about the educational goals of the Stanley Home mission, especially with regard to the youth of our town, in this Friday’s edition of the local newspapers.

Thank you for your interest in this mission!
